New Year, Same Me

I hope everyone had a wonderful end of 2023, and heres to 2024! I am super excited for this year, and this post will be to go through some of my goals and plans for the year.

Firstly however, I wanted to take some time to do a bit of a round up of the work that I have completed in the last week. Predominately I have been laying the ground work for the new years new army of world eaters. I am happy to report that many of the base layers are done and I had a wonderful hobby session with a friend to start working through the (feels like) endless amount of trim. These Hobby hangouts are a great way to make painting even more enjoyable, and I plan to incorporate more of them… more on that later.

I will be sure to update you all on the status of the World eaters as they progress. I have also completed painting my first mini of the year, and what will be the topic of this weeks video, the Overlord with translocation shroud. Video coming on Saturday.

Plans for the new year:

As we launch into the new year, I want to lay out some targets and a rough content schedule that I want to meet this year.

Firstly, throughout January I am going through the process of moving hosue and so there may be some slight delays to this, however - the general plan looks like:

Videos: At least one painting video a week, this is the minimum goal for myself and I want to ensure that I am producing things that you guys want to see, so if you have anny suggestions feel free to let me know via any of my social medias.

Instagram: A traditionally underused platform for me, I want to use that more often to provide updates on commissions, projects, and just WIPs throughout the week.

Hobby Hangouts: This comes with a large caveat of English countryside internet depending, but I would love to be able to go live once or twice a week as I work for you all to come and chill out whilst you hobby or work, the targets would be mid afternoon/evening UK time.

Battle Reports: Obviously, a large part of the hobby for me is the playing as well, in this regards I want to be able to bring that side of things to you, and hopefully now I am more local to my team mates I will be able to find some willing volunteers to help try out some battle report style content. Initially as Videos however a dream would be to set up some sort of streams for this.
